Joe Flemming auditor with Deloitte & Touche gave evidence today of his role in auditing Riga Ltd’s yearly accounts. The company, owned by land developer Owen O’Callaghan, purchased the land at Quarryvale through a series of loans and reimbursements between Riga and another company owned by O’Callaghan Barkhill Ltd.

Mr. Aidan Lucey continued to give evidence today about sums which he administered using Riga Ltd for Mr. Owen OCallaghan in the 1990s.
Mr. Lucey’s questioning by Patricia Dillon SC for the Tribunal centred around the movement of large sums in and out of Riga’s bank accounts. Two sums to Tom Gilmartin of 10,000 each as well as numerous other transactions including a series of loans which amounted to 1,120,532 pounds
